2018 All Staff Reunion at Lutherlyn

What is this, and who is invited?
2018 marks Lutherlyn's 70th year of summer camp programs!  Join us as we celebrate our history together, help members of our summer staff community reconnect with each other, and build new friendships!

This event is open to anyone who has served on Lutherlyn's staff: counselors, KPs, lifeguards, store managers, grounds crew, and everyone else who has been part of staff (and their families).

Event Focus
We hope this reunion provides former staff members with an opportunity to catch up with old friends, reconnect with lost friends, and meet new people who have the shared experience of being part of the Lutherlyn staff.  We're also hoping Lutherlyn can help this community stay in touch with each other in the future and keep everyone informed about what's going on here at camp.  And, last but certainly not least, we want everyone to have some FUN - it is camp after all!

Lutherlyn's database doesn't reliably have former staff members marked as such and, since so many of our staff are young adults who move once, twice, or more in the years following their summer(s) with us, there are hundreds - maybe thousands - of former staff members we don't have any way to reach.  To help us update our records, please encourage any former staffers you may know to visit lutherlyn.com/staffinvite so we can get their name, address, and the years they served on staff to include them in the reunion this summer and future updates (like a newsletter specifically for and about former staffers!).

  7:30 pm - Campfire at Lower Lake (bring your own chair if you do not want to sit on the ground)

There is limited lodging available at Lutherlyn for former staffers and their families that will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis until space runs out.  We will be using cabins in main camp and Shaulis Village.  Tenting is also available in Shaulis Village with restroom and shower facilities in Wallace Hall.  We do not have the capability or space for RV's or campers.  You can register and pay for your stay using the form below. 

Since this is the first event of its kind, we aren't sure what kind of attendance to expect, so please register as early as possible so we can adequately plan an appropriate number of cabins, indoor meeting/recreation spaces, outdoor spaces, and meals.  Please be aware that pets are not permitted on Lutherlyn's grounds. 

Our main camp cabins are equipped with central heating, carpeting, and full bathroom facilities (shower, toilet, and sink).  Each family-style cabin features six twin beds (four bottom bunks and 2 top bunks).  Guests provide their own linens and toiletries.  Our Shaulis Village cabins are equipped with full bathroom facilities (shower, toilet, and sink) and 10 beds.  Guests provide their own linens and toiletries. 

All guests should vacate their cabins or have their tent site packed up by no later than 4:00 pm Sunday.

For individuals who register for a continental breakfast on Saturday and/or Sunday it will be available at the Dining Hall from 8:00 am until 9:00 am.

Meals are served buffet style at designated meal times in our Dining Hall.  Our chef can accommodate dietary needs as necessary.  Please include information regarding your needs when registering (food allergies, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.) so we may plan appropriately for your stay.

Space is limited.  Registrations must be received by May 18, 2018.  We encourage you to use the online form below to complete your registration.  Registrations may also be completed using the form found within the printable brochure above.  You can also pick up pre-printed forms at the Lutherlyn office during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm).

Cancellation Policy  
A $40.00 non-refundable cancellation fee is in effect for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled retreat.

How to get to Lutherlyn
Please only enter Lutherlyn's grounds via our main entrance from Dick Road.  If you're using GPS, our physical address is:

Once you arrive for your stay please check in on the Dining Hall porch.  If you're staying overnight, we can then direct you to your assigned cabin.

Arrival, Departure & Pricing

With other events occurring on the same weekend as the Staff Reunion, we want to make sure we don't double-book or under-register anyone.  If you're planning to participate in the Fun Run or to attend the annual Trinity Pines Banquet, you'll still need to register/RSVP for them individually to ensure we get all the information we need.

Please use the fields below if you are registering as a family or group.  Please note that if you are registering for lodging, each of our cabins has a maximum capacity of six.  For example, a family of 10 would require 2 cabins for a total of $200 per night.
