Join us for this weekend-long celebration of womanhood. A weekend for mothers, daughters, grandmothers, aunts, BFF’s, godmothers, nieces, and any women who are important to each other. The Wild Women Weekend at Lutherlyn is a FUN-FILLED getaway for all women and girls who are important to each other. This retreat was created to help women strengthen their relationships, explore their faith, and re-define what it means to be “girly” all while enjoying each other’s company in a beautiful environment and having an awful lot of fun.
Everyone will have the opportunity to sign up for three different workshops/activities to enjoy on Saturday. These hands-on activities include both indoor and outdoor options.
Wild Women Weekend
Arrive Friday evening and stay until mid-morning Sunday. The weekend registration fee includes lodging*, meals, and each of the activities listed on the following tentative schedule.
Adults: $115 per person
1 or 2 Young Women: $65 per person
(Young Women are those younger than 21)
Any Additional Young Women: $45 per person
Registration deadline is September 22nd. Full payment is due at the time of registration.
*Guests are responsible for bringing twin bedding, towels, and toiletries.

*After registering you will get a confirmation letter and a “What-to-Bring” list of suggested personal items via email (or you may request a paper copy).
Meals are served buffet style at designated meal times in our Dining Hall. Coffee, tea, and water are available during daylight hours. Our chef can accommodate dietary needs as necessary. Please include information regarding your needs when registering (food allergies, gluten free, vegetarian, etc.) so we may plan appropriately for your stay.
Our cabins are equipped with central heating, carpeting, and full bathroom facilities (shower, toilet, and sink). Each family style cabin features 6 twin beds. Guests are responsible to provide their own linens and toiletries.
Space is limited. Registrations must be received by the deadline listed above. We encourage you to use the online form below to complete your registration. Registrations may also be completed using the form found within the printable brochure above. You can also pick up pre-printed forms at the Lutherlyn office during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4:30 pm).
A $40.00 non-refundable cancellation fee is in effect for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled retreat.
How to get to Lutherlyn
Please only enter Lutherlyn's grounds via our main entrance from Dick Road. If you're using GPS our physical address is 500 Lutherlyn Lane Butler, PA 16001. After checking in we can direct you to your assigned cabin.
From the West:
Take Interstate 79 to Route 422 (the Butler/New Castle exit) and head east 8.2 miles. Make a right hand turn at the 84 Lumber onto Dick Road. The main entrance to the camp is 1.5 miles down the road. The camp driveway will take you directly to the main parking lot and the camp office.
From the East:
Take Route 8 to Route 422 and head west (towards New Castle) 7 miles to the 84 Lumber. Make a left hand turn on to Dick Road. The main entrance is 1.5 miles down the road. The camp driveway will take you directly to the main parking lot and the camp office.

Each summer Lutherlyn welcomes more than 50 young people who work together to ensure each of our campers has a great time. A two-week training program prior to camp prepares our staff for our Summer Camp programs.
Join us for a day of FUN that highlights all that Lutherlyn has to offer. This annual open house FREE to attend.
2018 marks Lutherlyn's 70th year of summer camp programs! Join us as we celebrate our history together, help members of our summer staff community reconnect with each other, and build new friendships!
This event is open to anyone who has served on Lutherlyn's staff: counselors, KPs, lifeguards, store managers, grounds crew, and everyone else who has been part of staff (and their families).
